Burrito Burger
This burrito burger is a quick way to create a mix of burger and burrito with your own special ingredients. Make it as exciting as you like!
Ingredients
- 2 beef patties
- 2 large tortilla wraps
- 4 cheese slices
- 1 avocado, finely sliced
- Handful chopped lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- Salt and black pepper
- Your choice of condiments (ketchup, mayo, burger sauce etc)
Optional:
- Onion
- Jalapenos
- Salsa
- Refried beans
Instructions
- Start by squashing the burger patty onto a tortilla wrap with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then place meat side down in a nonstick frying pan and fry until the meat is no longer red.
- In the meantime prepare your ingredients (slicing tomato, avocado and onions if you are using them).
- When the meat has cooked, turn the tortilla upside down, being careful not to damage the beef while turning. Then add some cheese to the top and keep on the heat until the cheese has melted.
- Then remove to a plate. Add condiments to suit and build your burger with the ingredients you have chosen.
- Finally, wrap the burger and away you go!
