Truffle Pasta

When you are short of time but still want a simple tasty meal, a truffle delicious pasta is the way to go. Ready in no time and absolutely scrumptious!

For this easy recipe we used some ready-made fresh Tagliolini pasta with infused truffle from Lidl, which was easy to cook and tasted wonderful. My wife cooked this for me a few weeks ago, when we were rushed for time, and it was superb.

Best Truffle Pasta

These days there are plenty of different pasta types available in the stores, in different pasta shapes that you can purchase.

If you want to splash out you could, of course, use some fresh truffles to enhance the wonderful truffle taste even further. Or, alternatively, use some truffle butter or truffle oil to add the taste to the pasta.

Using fresh pasta reduces the cooking time of the pasta (and of course it also generally tastes better!) Just make sure you do not overcook it.

Using the right ingredients will give you a restaurant-worthy dish that delights the palate and fills a hole. And quickly!

You can serve this meal as a starter or as a main course, and it will be sure to impress your guests. Especially if they have never tasted truffle before.

If you want to make it even more special you could add some cream to the sauce to make it even more scrumptious.
